Journal Project ''The Beauty of a Heart''

Hello Friends,

I'm so happy to be sharing with you today my latest journal page ''The Beauty of a heart''.

I have created this page for the monthly challenge run by LINDY'S STAMP GANG. I love the vibrant colors of this month's mood board and inspired me to create a page about how beautiful we are in the inside, about the inner beauty.

I used the spray SEA MINT GREEN, HIBISCUS ROSE and MERCI BEAUCOUP MINT to achieve this vibrant composition.

ALTERED PROJECT ''THE KEY TO TIMELESS HAPPINESS''

Hello Friends!

I'm so happy to share with you today my latest altered project ''THE KEY TO TIMELESS HAPPINESS''

Fist of all, I would like to tell you how crazy I go over vintage style stuff! This is my favorite style to incorporate into my projects. When I read and seen the video from Sanda's tag, so many ideas instantly came to my mind. As I finished watching her video, my body instinctively walked me to my craft room where I pulled my stamps, paints, stencils, and brushes out. I began picking the elements to craft this clock I pictured in my mind.

I loved the theme she picked for the challenge. It inspired me to create this clock about a girl. Let me explain the meaning behind this original piece of artwork. The girl is shown twice, one picture is bigger than the other, this is to show WE ARE NOT THE ONES WE WERE YESTERDAY. Each and everyday we grow and change ever so slightly. Everyday we make decisions to evolve for the BETTER. This is why we also find a lot of greenery and flowery elements throughout the artwork. I also picked Finnabair's vintage clock frame and a lot of clock elements to show the meaning of time. We also find a KEYHOLE CHARM, HEARTS and a KEY to add the meaning ''LISTEN TO YOUR HEART, BE YOURSELF." That goes along with the meaning that ''we are the key to our success and happiness by doing what we love''.

Altered Project ''Life is Sweet''

Hello Everybody!

I am beyond excited to share with you my latest project ''Life is Sweet''.

I think this is my most favorite project so far! I absolutely love how it turned out! The colors are just so sweet and it inspired me to create a FRENCH STYLE FLOWER CART. This cart represents all of the sweetness of life and I believe we all create our own little happy world in which we would like to live in. This is what I have created for myself with my hobby, a sweet life with so much art, creativity and happiness. I am inspired even more now that we are so close to the beginning of spring here in New York.

Canvas ''Loves True Color''

Hello Everybody!

This time I'm proud to share with you my latest canvas ''Loves true color''.

This canvas was only created for the challenge hosted by MIXED MEDIA PLACE. I definitely fell in love with the moodboard of this month because it was about Winter. This season of the year is my most favorite. I also took inspiration from the berries and reds. So I decided to make a blended watercolor gradiant of red tones for my canvas background. I used lace twigs, red flowers, leaves, pinecones, and other winter elements. My canvas represents the beating heart of winter.

Layout ''In Love''

Hello everybody!

Today I'm going to share with you my newest Layout ''In Love''.

I have to confess that I had so much fun creating this layout!! I love the sketch and color palette from this challenge, plus I absolutely like the idea of creating a page by having craft paper as a background .
Did you ever hear anyone say ''A picture is worth a thousand words''? Based on this saying + sketch + palette color + a pinch of coastal chic is how I created this page. This month I decided to create projects all about LOVE. The story behind this Layout is the story of a girl in love. She represents all the gorgeous strong women who wait anxiously for the love of their lives to return to them, but the wait is worth it because at the end the only thing that matters is LOVE.

I used paper flowers in the blue tones of the sketch, I also decided to include gold elements as complementary color of my composition, plus the classic black and white touches are a must in my creations. I also used the white wooden pattern paper as one of my layers for this layout.  I followed some of the elements and positions of the sketch like the text right next to the picture, the ribbon at the bottom, banner tittle in the right corner of the picture and element position. I also stamped the number 5 under the ribbon. I hope you like this layout as much as I do.

Layout ''Epitome of Beauty''

 Hello everybody!

Today I'm going to share with you my newest Layout ''Epitome of Beauty''.

I had so much fun creating this layout because I was able to play and create with one of my favorite colors (pink). I created a Layout about a feminine girl, who knows her worth and realizes how beautiful she truly is. I got inspired from the PINK COLORS, BEAUTY and LOVING YOURSELF from the moodboard provided by ''Accent Scrapbooking''. I absolutely love of all their badges, they are amazing!!! You have to check them out!!! I used a metallic pink badge that says the word ''BEAUTIFUL''. It just goes perfect with the moodboard and layout I had in my mind.

Canvas ''The Story of a little Girl''

 Hello everybody!

Today I'm going to share with you my newest Canvas ''The Story of a Little Girl''.
First of all, I'd like to tell you about all the many beautiful hidden messages you will find in this canvas. Can you see them?

With that being said, let me tell you this short story.

Not long ago, a beautiful baby girl was born to a loving young family in South America on the coast of Lima, Peru. From a young age, the little girl possessed a very special ability in her, the ability and talent to create beautiful works of art with her hands. Everyone except her parents noticed. Her parents dreamed that one day their little girl would achieve the dreams they had wished they achieved in their lives. Mom wanted her to become an accountant and dad an engineer. It would take some time for her parents to realize she was meant for her own greatness.

Thanks to her to parents persistence, the little girls defiance grew stronger by the day until she grew up to become a warrior who fought to achieve her dreams. After several years of hard work and determination on design projects, small design businesses, fashion etc her parents finally gave her the chance to study art. Not long afterwards, her works of art were displayed in the most prestigious galleries in the country. She went on to win many design contests and was recognized for her original design elements. She achieved remarkable grades in her studies and received a scholarship to study art in the United States. The moral of this story is to work hard, never give up and follow your dreams. Success is only the beginning.

Now let me explain my work,

The picture of the elegant stylish girl in the canvas represents myself. The colors I used from the moodboard are inspired from soft pink, dark pink, black and gold which are my favorite colors. The paintbrushes are the meaning of the word TOGETHER, even when I moved to America I brought with me my brushes and my favorite art supplies from Peru, you can't leave something that is part of you behind. I used an ampersand to add a little bit more to the meaning of the word together, in this case ME & MY BRUSHES. The brushes represent the art of my interior self. I used some circular shapes as part of my inspiration in the sketch and pink paper flowers from the moodboard from MMA.
